The food was consistently good — especially the nuggets, which were fresh, flavorful, and definitely the highlight of the meal. The staff were friendly, helpful, and kept things moving smoothly even when it was busy. There’s also a large seating area, making it easy to find a table and enjoy the meal comfortably. Solid spot for a quick lunch or casual meal in the Falls Church area.
I have come here several times and it is at best an average chick-fil-a. There is no seating inside. The food always takes way longer than it should, and they have gotten our orders wrong a few times. Would love to see faster service. Especially since there is almost no indoor seating.
Yuri was amazing and definitely went out her way to make us feel appreciated in this establishment. She was so enthusiastic and kind. My name is spelt in Spanish and is misspelled often but she managed to spell it correctly without me even telling her. Definitely a gem of an employee.
