“This place does not disappoint! The matcha bubble tea I ordered was one of the best bubble teas I have ever had. It was creamy and the perfect amount of sweetness and tapioca pearls. Also, the strawberry tiramisu was of this world! It was so light and perfectly balanced that I quickly ate it all up. The prices are also reasonable and the owners are very nice and patient. I will definitely be going back!“

“I want to give a special shout out to Sio. She had amazing customer service from the moment I walked in to when I was heading out the door. She was very pleasant and personable. It's been YEARS since I've been to a cold stone, so it was nice to see that their customer service is still top tier.“

“Randolphs has been my favorite bakery for years. The recent changes, sub contracting baking of breads, croissants, etc.,have forced me to go elsewhere. They no longer have the cakes, pastries and breads that made them the best of the best. In addition, the once classic store is crowded with displays of cocoa mix and other items that have nothing to do with the shop’s bakery offerings. I will still go in occasionally for challah, but that is it. They should take down the awning describing the shop as a Patisserie. It’s a bakery but not a patisserie.

“Last year, I went with a friend on a night in April, and even though the weather was chilly, many people were waiting in line. I enjoyed the meal with my friend and children, but it was disappointing that the chunks of frozen fruit didn't break into pieces, perhaps because it was prepared by a woman. Still, I ordered 3 types and they were all delicious.“
