I love Einstein Bros. Bagels, and this location is so close to me so I've been coming here for years. That being said, this location has the most lackluster service.The coffee always tastes burnt, or is out completely and they take FOREVER to get orders completed. I was in a rush this past weekend and placed a mobile pickup order through their app. I arrived at the restaurant at the ETA the app provided, but my order wasn't on the mobile pickup shelf.
