Ok, so it doesn’t taste like it used to. Private equity acquisitions tend to ruin that. But it still tastes better or closer to what it used to than other places after private equity ruins it (Subway, Panera) … so 5 stars for taste and generosity. Eggs still look like eggs. Ham AND bacon, score!

Agree with another review. It’s more like soft bread than a bagel. But I like that. I hate tough bagels. Their “gourmet”...

These bagels and muffins are always delicious. I had a great customer service experience on April 28, 2026 at the Jefferson St., Falls Church location. The cashier (female, blonde hair) was very friendly.

I don’t know who was working this morning when I went in, but GOOD GOD everything was on point and perfection. It was quick, efficient and like always - the crew is also so welcoming 😄
