I don’t understand the hype, it’s average at best, yes some of the food can be tasty but soooo overpriced for street food. Their bread is decent but they will charge you an arm and a leg for an extra portion. Also the falafel are bitter, not sure what oil they fry then in. I liked the whipped feta, but the coffee was disappointing. The evangelical music is playing loud all the time. The vibe is contrived and tries too hard to be hype and Instagram ready, without a genuine...

We came for an early lunch; we were very excited to try Egyptian food for the first time! The Chef’s Appetizer Platter allows you to choose any 3 appetizers; we selected baba ghanoush, ta’amya (falafel), and fava beans. We loved the ta’amya the most! The hawawshi was crispy and flavorful; it uses the same homemade Egyptian pita.
