Our third time visiting Fava Pot in Falls Church. The food is very authentic and delicious. We ordered the Hawawshi for myself and the Chicken Kabob Platter for my friend. Fava Pot is hands down one of the best Egyptian restaurants in the area. Fava Pot serves authentic, fresh, and incredibly flavorful food that truly makes you feel like you’re eating a homemade meal in Egypt. The falafel and the liver were both delicious and full of flavor—we really enjoyed those dishes again. Unfortunately, the mahshi was undercooked and felt like it had been rushed instead of being fully prepared.
