Quality new edition to NoVA dining scene - highly recommend. We had the Fish tacos and Filet Mignon and crab dip with tortilla chips appetizer. Outdoor seating, long bar with large TVs for sports, formal dining, and loft that looks good for private events.

Good food, bad experience, too expensive. The good was very good, though overpriced in my opinion, but I’ll admit it tasted good. I ordered an appetizer, salad, steak, and dessert. My steak and salad came out after maybe 5 minutes. Appetizer came about 5 minutes after that. I commented that the app should come first and it felt rushed to have all the food on the table at once. The server didn’t seem to care and certainly didn’t offer to keep the entrees warm while we enjoyed our apps. We had a reservation and noted it was our anniversary but there was no acknowledgment of that when we were there. Overall it was a disappointing experience. It’s across the street from my house, so it’s a bummer I’m not planning to go back or bring friends.

the waiter wasn't listening just trying anxiously to sell something. the clam chowder was full of water and the Annapolis oysters were horrible. not ever coming back. Celebrating our 34th anniversary ❤️

The décor is clean and welcoming, and the atmosphere feels both comfortable and upscale. The flavors are excellent, and the bar offers plenty of great options. The staff is friendly, attentive. Overall, a great new spot for Falls Church — classy without being pretentious. Highly recommend!

I recently visited GrillMarX Steakhouse & Raw Bar in Falls Church and had a great experience. The place was quiet at the time is much larger than I expected — it spans two levels and features a nice bar. I will definitely be trying out their happy hour and enjoying the TV setup. The service was friendly and attentive. No complaints.
For our meal we got the BBQ burger and a boneless ribeye. The burger was flavorful with a good char. I really liked the fries. A bit different from the usual steakhouse fsire. My son opted for the ribeye and he absolutely loved it — cooked just right and nicely seasoned. Overall a solid place for a casual yet upscale steakhouse outing that convenient to Falls Church.

First time to Grillmarx! Great to have a steakhouse in the neighborhood! My filet mignon center cut was excellent! Chablis was our server and she was very professional and had a good sense of humor! Free parking in the garage off of Washington street.
Restaurant is VERY spacious..may be more cozy when full! As a new restaurant we wish them all the best!!!

GrillMarX is a solid spot for a good steak and a relaxed night out. The meat is cooked just right, sides are flavorful, and the raw bar is a nice touch. The service is friendly and the place has a warm, comfortable vibe. Great choice for a casual dinner or small celebration.
