Finally found one near us. This one is located on Columbia Pike in front of Sofia's Pupuseria. I have frequented this business for years. They have also supported school events in Woodbridge. By far, they have the best snow cones/raspados/piraguas in the area! I think they may have some other off the menu treats too. Please support this business.
