I placed a order so I could grab my food and get back to work and when I went to pick up they said we don’t have your order and I showed them that the order was placed and they told me to contact customer support and that they were not going to make me my food they were rude and not helpful I would rate them lower if I could.
It's a quick way to get food for lunch. People are friendly, the food doesn't taste like Chinese, but it doesn't bad

Went to this locations drive thru and had a plate with fried rice and double orange chicken. I had a few bites of the orange chicken which tasted undercooked along with another weird taste I can't put my finger on. Along with the orange chicken being super soft. I will be going back in the morning to talk to a manager about this as I couldn't even finish my food since the taste is so bad. The fried rice is so dry and seems like it hasnt been given the care that panda express is known for. This is not a place for fresh tasting food and its pretty sad that the signature orange chicken tastes so bad I'm severely disappointed. Asked if I could have sweet and sour sauce but was only given hot sauce. Spend the time to go to any other location and get better tasting food that doesn't taste undercooked.
I came to this restaurant on 2/20 at about 1pm. I went through the drive thru to pickup my mobile order. I always place my order through the mobile app so by the timeI get there, it’s ready. When I got to the speaker (10 minutes after my order was supposed to be done according to the email) the lady said “if you have a mobile order show me the confirmation at the window” . As I pulled up, she said to come inside because It wasn’t ready. They told me this the last time I was there to pickup an order only for me to not receive my order until 30 minutes later. My order was sitting there on the counter for quite some time before someone actually helped me. Because of that previous experience I said no. The lady in the window with the hijab said “so what the cars behind you are supposed to wait?” . I said absolutely. I ordered before they even got to order through the speaker so that means their order wasn’t ready either correct? She lied saying it would take 6 minutes but when I refused to move she started to catch an attitude and talking to her coworkers about how I being difficult by not moving. They askedHer what my order was and guess what? My order came out in less than 3 minutes at that. Terrible service. I won’t be coming here again!

GHETTO. Do NOT get any meat/vegetable mix options. When i got my beef & broccoli, with 4 pieces of meat and the rest broccoli, the manager said, that their portion is 80% broccoli and 20 beef (???). Same thing happens with the string bean chicken, and their steak and vegies entre.Rice and noodle quantities have also decreased.
