SO sad to hear this place is closed permanently. It was a truly beautiful restaurant serving great Vietnamese cuisine. :( I only got to visit it a couple of times. I hope they return one day.
I know this restaurant Saigon 1975 ☝️previous name Fortune restaurant At 7 Córners . the Pho is excellent. Unfortunately a lot good business have shut down cause . Grab and go doesn’t bring enough ? to cover for expenses ? profit for restaurants are on . Wine / beer / mix drinks not on the food unfortunately the COVID-19 has putting all kind of business out ? GOOD bless America ??
Saigon 1975 was a dim sum gem of the Northern Virginia area. Run by the same owners of the old Fortune across from the Home Depot and by the Ross, with the dim sum carts and endless customers on the weekend. Saigon 1975 had the best dim sum and fish sauce fried chicken wings (can ga chien nuoc mam). Very sad that it was not able to stay afloat during the pandemic. I hope the owners are able to come back because the food, especially the dim sum, was the best in the area.
