Three of us went in for lunch yesterday. One friend, sometimes accused of eating like a bird, scarfed up the shrimp and grits, declaring it among the best she'd ever had. I went for the Freekeh salad, to which I added grilled shrimp, and loved it! My third friend really liked the flavor of the fish sandwich but declared it a bit difficult to eat because it was piled high. A wonderful meal!

We were seated right away and the waitress Karen was very attentive. We did the Sunday Small Plates brunch and it was great. The food was delicious and the Blood Marys hit the spot. You want a large group for the brunch so you can try all the menu items.

Neighborhood spot is a good description. casual vibes and easy dinner out. Home-cooked feel with good flavors and portions. baked mac n cheese was not worth it. bbq some people love, I would need to try it again with a dedicated desire for bbq. trout was over done but the veggies with it were excellent. best bite was the coffee steak. deviled eggs fine to start, i'm not sure what the rave about is. house made riccotta was excellent yummy. lava cake with coffee icecream yes,...
