The grilled pork vermicelli was very authentic and tasted just like in Vietnam. The pork was sliced thin, well marinated, and grilled over charcoal, giving it an amazing smoky flavor. The fish sauce was perfectly balanced and paired really well with the noodles and fresh vegetables. The spring rolls were also crispy and delicious with flavorful filling. Overall, it was a great meal and I’ll definitely come back again!
I got the Com Tam (which is broken rice with grilled pork, sunshine fried egg, shredded pork skin, and chả trứng) last Saturday (Aug 9,2025); the taste is like homemade food. This made me remember back when I ate Com tam in VietNam way back long time ago. Com Tan Suon cha trung (combination grill pork) reminds me how my mom used to make it. Other places do offer same dish but those are taste like restaurant quality. The appeal to this dish is the cut of pork used to make or break this dish. I personally recommend add extra piece of pork chop in case the one that initially given is not enough…which justifies why the cut of pork used is important.
