I got the Com Tam (which is broken rice with grilled pork, sunshine fried egg, shredded pork skin, and chả trứng) last Saturday (Aug 9,2025); the taste is like homemade food. Com Tan Suon cha trung (combination grill pork) reminds me how my mom used to make it. Other places do offer same dish but those are taste like restaurant quality. The appeal to this dish is the cut of pork used to make or break this dish. I personally recommend add extra piece of pork chop in case the one that initially given is not enough…which justifies why the cut of pork used is important. Bon bo hue the BEST!! COME ASK FOR the soup and ask for onion cut on the side and add some of their chili sauce ..... Hangover be gone,headache be gone andcold/flu be gone!!!
