Will never go here again. Over priced for one thing. We were waiting for entrees, when my wife moved her leg against the edge of her chair when suddenly an apolstery staple cut her leg, and it was actually bleeding quite a bit, not just a scratch. She went to get paper towels. I was looking at the edge of her chair and the manager came over to see what I was doing. I showed him that a staple had come loose on one side - sticking out- and cut my wife's leg. She came back and her leg was bleeding still, so the manager went and found some bandages. He was very apologetic and we did not cause a scene or anything and told him that it wasn't his fault. He promised to "take care" of us. The bill came and it was $250 we did not order anything expensive, just their standard menu items. We gave a tip of over 20% and left. Since we had made a reservation he had our phone number. He called and said he forgot to give a discount and asked for our address so he could mail a coupon for a free dessert or something. Coupon never showed up. We will never return to that pathetic place. Manager is an idiot.

Our server was so pleasant and attentive. For our appetizer we got the calamari and it was some of the best I've ever had. Entrees were a bit hit or miss. The ribeye we ordered wasn't seasoned well, but the crabcake we got was the best I've ever had. Overall a great experience, though fairly pricey.

Finally tried this resto after 3 yrs of passing it by when I lived around the neighborhood. Upon arrival the hostess opened the door for us and greeted us. We got to our booth and ordered the soy glazed pork belly appetizer. These were so good. The flavor of the meat was balanced really well and meat was tender. Next I ordered the red wine short ribs with whipped potatoes. Super tender and shredded right into pieces with your fork. Let me tell this places does not disappoint. Customer service was amazing. Just the overall ambiance of the place, food and the people. I would def recommend this place to anyone! Thank you again for a great experience ?

Wonderful upscale restaurant where everything worked this Saturday evening. A visit of celebration (my son and future daughter-in-law's engagement) now included a celebration of fine dining. Shared appetizers included the "Flash Fried Calamari" with favorite cherry peppers and tasteful marinara. However the "Tuna Tartare Nachos" were the true highlight. With lite wonton chips, wasabi guacamole and of course diced raw tuna this was an incredibly tasteful selection that was loved by everyone. Our main selections simply raised the bar to another level. The "Sesame Seared Tuna" - displayed wonderfully - was beyond delicious. A vegetable stir fry including Japanese pan noodles and pickled ginger salsa - one of the best dishes I've experienced this year. Other menu winners included the "Crab Cake" with warm fingerling potato salad and grilled asparagus. The Hickory Smoked Atlantic Salmon and Pan Seared Dayboat Scallops brought additional smiles to the table. The New York Strip was perfectly cooked per medium request. The dining room has a relaxed, comfortable vibe aided by live piano playing in the background. Service was professional and courteous - never intrusive - all evening. When alerted to our celebration complimentary glasses of champagne were provided to the young couple along with a congratulatory card signed by the staff. Nice...

This restaurant was absolutely great. I went with a few girlfriends. We just had their as an appetizer. I had 2 of their specialty drinks ( cant remember the name, but they are pictured). They were well made and delicious! The food arrived timely and you could tell it was freshly made! The bison steak was not something i would usually get, but so so happy i tried it. It was absolutely scrumptious as well as the brussel sprouts! I was full, but had to finish them b/c they were so well seasoned and cooked! I would definitely recommend and return.

Food was good, atmosphere is a wine bar type. Outside enclosure with fireplace is romantic. While most of the service was good, waiter clearing spilled oyster juice on my friend's shoulder. She had to smell it for the rest of the evening.

Went to the Grill on a Wednesday night with my Life Partners son and friend. We had been there before but were disappointed with the wait service. The Grill was at best 40% filled and yet the wait person continued to push the service. Our wine orders were delivered but they absolutely were not 9oz pours ( very expense) My scallops were not well cooked and my partners fish was overdone We are putting Trio in the Penalty Box. There are too many great eateries in Vienna , Fairfax and Oakton

I wanted a quiet, nice meal and this place provided exactly that as I sat at the bar. The bartender was attentive yet also not overly imposing. Service overall was great! I ordered a drink that I thought I'd like, but just wasn't for me. I believe the manager came by to ask how I was doing and noted that unfortunately the drink wasn't my cup of tea and without hesitation, the bartender helped switch it out for something to my liking. Food wise - solid, but not necessarily going to blow your socks off. The highly touted nachos are good, but perhaps described in a way where you have higher expectations. The bison was something that intrigued me and was enjoyed with the hash. Ideally I would give this a 4.5, not quite the 5. However, this is a place where you can get a good meal, great service, and an overall enjoyable evening. One to keep on the list to visit.

Business dinner. Had some special butter that was like sawdust, TERRIBLE. The meal was nothing to speak about. Have had better meals in the past.

The short rib is delicious and tender. The sea bass was good with a little ginger and tangy taste. The pork belly appetizer is really flavorful but very small. The mussels were just okay. Some of them were fully opened with no mussels inside. Service was not as good as expected. But I would definitely give this place another try. And the food here is pretty good.
