Trio was a very pleasant dining experience. Food was flavorful, portions were adequate and the staff were great. Overall a good experience. The only small issue was there participation in restaurant week didn't offer an increased value from the regular menu.
Outstanding carpaccio followed by the most succulent Chilean sea bass, paired with gruner vetliner, and cheerful service in the most elegant atmosphere a stone's throw from the Wolf Trap performance center. It was the kick off to a magical night. Once is not enough! Highly recommend. Cheers!
My cousin invited me for my birthday and it was one of my favorite meals ever! Nice ambience and really enjoyed the bison as well as the mustardy butter that came with the bread. Looking forward to coming back.
