“Excellent pork, chicken, and brisket. All can be served on greens or with sides that complement each dish. The assortment of cobbler and banana pudding offers a tasty finish. Always freshly brewed iced tea sweetened to perfection. Very attentive service. Great place to eat and enjoy good barbecue.“
“So I’m in town for the NASCAR race and I am always looking for places to eat that are out of the norm. This place was one of three that were recommended so I decided to check it out. I’m soo glad I did. I wasn’t in the mood for anything in particular and the bartender made a few suggestions. I settled on a chicken sandwich and a baked potato and my lord was it ever good. I half wanted to order it a second time just to relive the experience. The tables are repurposed Bowling lanes cut to table or booth sizes. Very clever and unique. There’s a stage and lighting for live events I suppose but wow that was a really good meal. Thanks to Karen at Great Clips for the recommendation!“
“Since my last review, I've gone back several times. Each time has been a little better. Tonight, my son and I went for a quick meal. We each got BBQ trays and they were amazing. Good was ready very fast. Service was much friendlier than previous visits. Great job improving in all areas. We will definitely be going back as they seem to have turned things around for the better.“
“I tried Hylton’s wood-cooking grill for the first time yesterday, and I couldn't believe how great the food was. I have already placed my order for today. It was swamped because of the restaurant being featured on “Hometown Eats,” but the 40-minute wait was worth it, and I'm an impatient person. Call ahead and pick anything on the menu, and you will not be disappointed. The only thing I wish was that I knew of this restaurant before yesterday!“
