Enjoyed the Salmon Salad for lunch. Wonderful blend of flavors of citrus with mandarin oranges and lemon vinegrette, alongside creamy goat cheese, tomatoes and grill salmon. Grabbed a savory Pie Lady, chicken bacon spinach asiago pie to take home.
Usually their store-front freezer is fully stocked, but with the holidays and cleaning, I was told that they will be making a lot of pies this Wednesday, Jan 21, so you may want to wait to make a trip there. They did have some 5 inch pies in the back, which I dont think they've offered before.

Drive around and see delightful Fincastle and stop for a slice of pie. The key lime is refreshing and delicious. Today, we also tried the peanut butter pie and took a whole apple pie home to serve this weekend.
