It seemed to us that the company is outgrowing their capacity, which made timely communication a challenge. We sent a handful of emails and messages that were never responded to, and occasionally our wedding planner could get a response from them but that still took a while. We were also told we could do a tasting (at someone else’s wedding with a similar menu; they don’t offer tastings at their kitchen) but when we followed up to ask about a potential date we were told that the last possible wedding had already come and gone.“
