We have so many good things to say about Eric Stamer Catering! We hosted a 50 person rehearsal dinner in November, and the catering was exceptional. The food was delicious, and I especially appreciate the care given to designing a menu around a couple of food allergies. Tish and Eric were great to work with for our wedding. Very professional, responsive, and gave great advice. The food was excellent, we received so many compliments, especially on the Beef Carbonnade. I, especially loved the Mediterranean flatbread and could eat that everyday. My now husband and I really wanted a fall, comfort meal-style for our wedding and they delivered.
