Great food. Great service. We worked with Tish to select a menu that worked for our daughter's wedding. I must have called her a dozen times, but she was always pleasant and professional. They were able to drop food off so we could serve it ourselves. Friendly, responsive staff and great food, what more could we ask for?
Cannot say enough about this catering company. They did a superb job for my daughters wedding.
The venue was difficult to work in but they made it come off without a hitch.

150,000% recommend this catering team! Food is obviously an important component (which they have mastered) but also, professionalism and dependability.
When an entire service team quit 2 days before one of our events (200 guests) we weren’t sure how we were going to get through. ESC, specifically their management (Tish) was able to send 2 folks from their team to help out, they worked our event by themselves which should’ve included more like 10!! It was an incredible effort...
