This winery was a gem to visit during our NC to KY roadtrip this past week, Melissa and her team were so friendly and knowledgeable. We are dog parents and loved meeting the resident pups and their inspired designs throughout the winery and wine bottles, so cute! Definitely a must visit stop off the blue ridge pkwy and we can’t wait to go back and try the restaurant too!
This place is fantastic! They have a beautiful winery, The staff is top notch and knowledgeable and friendly. They know their products and they are more than willing to help. The restaurant is five star and the food is always delicious. They even have the family dogs roaming around the property and they are adorable and friendly. If you want great wine or just a great experience, just go spend a few hours here! And if you want a top notch experience in the tasting room ask for...
It was a beautiful day, we were greeted by two very well behaved big black dogs, a black lab and a Newfoundland Hound. Then we met Mr. Ray. He invited us in and served us a wine tasting. He told us about the place and the wines in great detaill. He also served our country and is still working even though he's in his upper 80's. He went out of his way to make everyone welcome.
