This place had an awesome Vibe and really nice wait staff. Their beer selection is incredible which is the only reason I gave this a three star. The atmosphere is fun and eclectic but the food is all prepackaged GFS nonsense. It's a really good idea but between the canned German potato salad and the unbussed tables that sat there for two hours, I won't be coming back. However, I do appreciate they had a good German Hefeweissen on draft
I enjoyed the friendly service here, and the teamwork among the staff during the dinner rush was superb. I essentially received timely service from probably all 4 of 4 team members on duty today.
However, when it comes to the meat of the review, things are not as straightforward anymore. I’d like to further distinguish among some even more specific categories to give credit where credit is due.

I always enjoy going to Brauburger, I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience there. The food is always great and the service is top-notch. Sam is a top-notch server, always a blast to have her as our server 😊. Today Aiden waited on us and he was excellent, great attitude, and he was on top of everything. He has a great personality and will probably end up owning the place one day!! We look forward to retuning soon.
