I tried to call, but got the answering machine. I left my phone number, and never got a reply. My family came in for a birthday dinner. The burgers were not prepared as ordered. All the food was cold. Could not eat the cheesy fries. Too cold. This was my first and last visit. Hardee's..here I come!

The burger was very good. The server was a little out of it and forgot part of our order and had to be reminded twice. Overall a good experience and I plan to return. I ordered the burger that was supposed to be very hot and it wasn't. The flavor was good.

Burger was great. Oddly the waitress never asked how we wanted our burgers cooked. And what in the world was I thinking not saying something. Truly blame myself. Food came out timely. Fries were ok. I was expecting something a little more fries wise. Still, good. Overall a good experience. And would definitely try again. The 4 vs the 5 star rating is not about the food or service specifically but rather the combination. I'll offer it this way, everything was good. But not extraordinary. Wait staff friendly but just good. Didn't go out of their way--meaning not overly friendly or kind, but good. So I think you get the idea. Wouldn't take much to go from good to great! But again, good experience and well worth the visit. Enjoy!

We lucked into being up the street from this bada$$ burger! Best I have had in a long time!Dietary restrictions: Yay for a gluten free bun!!
The absolute best service I have ever had from our server Tyler very personable and made us feel so welcomed and helped us make decisions on the food.

We ordered take-out, and upon arriving home realized that our son's order was missing. When I called to address it, they weren't helpful - just told me to request a refund through the website where I ordered it. No apology for the mistake, no offer to either deliver the missing item or provide a free meal to compensate. The manager (Amy) and the bartender (not sure of the name) actually ended up hanging up on me when I called for the third time after having no one resolve the issue for me. Disappointed and will not order from here again.

Service and atmosphere were both issue free on this visit. The only reason for the 4 stars on food and overall was the fries. We got the $5 plate of fries to share, and the entire order was comprised of what you normally find in the bottom of a to go container...small little pieces of fries. No Bueno.The burger, on the other hand, was DELICIOUS. 2 trips to this place and the burger was great each visit.
