This location was pretty decent. The employees I interacted with were friendly and helpful. The Jamaican jerk turkey sandwich was on point and good. I tried the beef brisket sub and it was meh. I wouldn’t order it again. I was a little disappointed I was thinking and expecting the brisket to be a thick juicy piece of beef. Instead it was super thinly sliced and didn’t have much flavor I tasted more of the bbq sauce than meat. They put a little too much mayo...

This 5 star review is for the employee named Hana (i'm not sure if this is how you spell her name) but it's the African lady. She gave us amazing service and was so helpful and kind. I felt so bad for her because she was working ALONE today 8/16/2026 and she was taking care of every single customers even Uber/Doordash deliveries. I want to make sure she gets the appreciation that she deserves and i also want the manager to appoint minimum 2 people especially on weekends....

I tried firehouse subs for the first time because of the free steak melt sandwich promotion for people named Michael. Phenomenal sandwich, the ingredients tasted real and fresh and the taste was great. Shoutout the CEO for giving me a free sandwich
