They have helped us several times with ordering large amounts of chicken for church gatherings. I have been very impressed with there knowledgeable assistance, patience and friendliness. The manager and assistant manager are awesome!
Every time we go there it is great. We watch the clock and go against rush times. We have ordered online and gone in to pick it up and have gone in to order and eat. Each time we have gone in, there has been someone cleaning the tables, drink stands, and floors. We always thank them and tell them what a great job they are doing. They honor our veterans with a POW/MIA White table...

I decided to try KFC today. I stopped going to KFC in Franklin a long time ago. The service was awful and the order was never right. The extra crispy chicken was soggy. Today it was EXCELLENT! The chicken was extra crispy on the outside and very moist inside. Food was hot and the service was very good. I will definitely be back.
