I decided to try KFC today. I stopped going to KFC in Franklin a long time ago. The service was awful and the order was never right. The extra crispy chicken was soggy. Today it was EXCELLENT! The chicken was extra crispy on the outside and very moist inside. Food was hot and the service was very good. I will definitely be back.
Sign said out of lettuce and tomato. They were also out of French fries. No unsweetened tea. The fried chicken looked awful and did not taste the best.
Staff is always friendly, food is always great, but Seldom open at their posted hours. Service can be slow.
