Had lunch here today and I just needed to give them an amazing shout out!!! Everything, especially the customer service was awesome!!! Highly suggest!!!
We usually order through the app, but it was glitching, so I called and placed the order with a young lady. She was polite, efficient and our subs were ready when I picked them up 10 minutes later.

Subway offers a mixed experience with friendly staff but some inattentiveness. While one employee named Stephen stood out for his excellent service, the overall management could use improvement. Despite this, the Franklin location provided exceptional service, especially in challenging weather conditions. This Subway has the potential to be a top choice for families on the go.
