My cinnamon and sugar pretzel was delicious. It was so soft that it almost melted in my mouth. The young man at the counter was super friendly. I will be back next week!
The African American cashier displayed a pleasant attitude. The two stars are for the pretzel. I ordered a cinnamon sugar pretzel and it was overcooked. The bottom was hard. It was hard to pull apart and my jaws were tired from chewing. I noticed the last pretzel was removed from under the light, dipped in butter and placed in the cinnamon sugar container. Auntie Anne's at the mall serves good salted pretzel nuggets. Bridget, a hardworking employee, ensures customers are satisfied. One customer appreciated Bridget's sweet and patient service. Another customer received a remake of their online order with no issues, plus some extra items as an apology, thanks to Bridget. However, one customer found the garlic Parmesan pretzel to be drier than expected, missing the usual buttery moisture of Auntie Anne's pretzels.
