Waited to eat from richmond, Watched 3 different employees handle my sandwich, was supposed to be for here, placed my sandwich on a tray. few mins later pulled the sandwich off the tray. sat it under the heat lamps. Put it back on the tray. Took it back off and placed in a Togo bag. 10mins later they added the bo rounds and said I was good. I havd to ask for my drink. We road trip and try fast food we don't have back home, we have done if one these but it was not a good first experience so we wanted to give Bojangles another shot to make it to the top of of fast food list and well it's a no from us.
The chicken sandwich was good until it become inedible half way through, however the fried were good. The chicken plate breast and wing was just so so the sides mediocre but nothing to rave about aside from the cheap price. Service...

I was pleasantly surprised with the spicy chicken sandwich. Will be ordering that again in the future. Just enough spice, Crunchy pickles, gor it eith the mayo, tomato.. those help with the heat. Very fresh. Very good
