I have been too many Chick-fil-a and I can tell you that this is the slowest one I have been too ever. I’m sorry busy yes I have been in drive thru maybe 6 or 7 minutes but going on 10 minutes and I haven’t ordered yet and it always this way
New management/ownership is awful. Takes forever to get food, even if you order online. Will go out of my way NOT to go here anymore.
We were driving on Friday, July 5th from Raleigh, NC to upstate New York and came thru Fredericksburg to get gas at the Wawa and food at CFA. We ordered through Mobile Drive-Thru. Not only was our food order perfect, it was excellent! The team member at the window, Trinity, showed excellent guest engagement, asking about our 4th of July and then about our travels.
