Had a great meal and some delicious German beer at this cozy restaurant on our first visit to Fredericksburg. The service was excellent and the bartender was friendly. We will definitely be back and highly recommended.
The restaurant has a nice relaxed local German feel. The waitress was great. The food was Ok. I had the Jager Chicken schnitzel, unbreaded, and it didn’t have much flavor. The cucumber salad was very small, mostly dressing. Not good at all. The Apple strudel was good, but definitely needed to be warmer. The Osso Buco was good.
