I hope I’m spelling his name correctly, but Darian at this location was amazing this afternoon. I went thru the drive thru about 3:40pm and he was HUSTLING. It did not appear that he had any help and yet he remained incredibly polite and went about his job with precision. He made 2 perfect Dunkalattes and served them with a smile (despite the line of cars that kept coming). He is exactly how customer service is supposed to be—now get the man some more employees and move...

This restaurant is by far my favorite Dunkin Donuts in the area. I’m very familiar with all the morning staff and never have any issue with my food or the service they provide. Unfortunately I went to this restaurant the other day after 3pm and there happens to be an employee by the name of MARVIN who is Rude, Disrespectful, Toxic for this establishment. I will not got into too many details about my horrific experience with MARVIN other than to say profanity, sarcasm and rudeness...
