They definitely have a policy to always have you pull around and park to minimize their official per customer service time. The lower amount of time they keep you at the window the better their service scores are with corporate. So what they do is ALWAYS have you leave the window as soon as you pay. Really had a taste for soft, (original) hot chicken. Asked if the chick was fresh; it was late....they said yes. Not only was it NOT, you could tell it had been " microwaved" or reheated. Really dont appreciate that. On top of that, we didnt get the pieces we ordered but by the time we would have taken to drive back, they would have been closed. Stop being lazy and tell the truth. We will never go there again.
