We stopped in for breakfast and found a real gem. The service was quick, friendly and competent. The food was delicious and portions were generous. The staff kept everyone happy and well taken care of. If you like delicious honesty let cooking this diner will not disappoint.

We had breakfast today at Lafayette Diner and were very pleased with our experience. It has a true mom-and-pop feel with great service and very reasonable prices, especially considering the current economy. From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly, it genuinely felt like we were regulars, even though it was our first visit.

We stopped in for breakfast and everything was amazing! The plates were loaded — fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, French toast dusted with powdered sugar, and perfectly browned hash browns. The portions were generous and everything tasted fresh. The atmosphere felt warm and relaxed, and the service was quick even though it was busy. Definitely a great spot to start the morning — we’ll be back! 🧡🍳🥞
