“I'm very excited that we have a Little Caesars in the community! I had been seeing it for a while and was happy to hear that they had their promotion for a one topping free pizza. Not only was the coupon made a typo. The worker that I talked to seemed annoyed that I brought it up.I understand that they had heard about the typo for a while.I let them know they still need to honor that coupon when I picked up my pizza. Pepperoni Pizza was hot and ready just like they advertise. Pizza was pretty good too. No long wait time either.I was told by other family members they wouldn't give the free pizza out because of the mistake which isn't true.Overall, the customer service a and communication about the typo should have been honored 100% to the community. Definitely will be back!“
“Victoria is the sweetest and loveliest employee I have encountered in a really long time. Almost 18 hours later and I’m still thinking about the service we received by her. I got to this location less than half an hour before closing. She could have been tired in a mood to go home. If she was, she never showed any signs. She was professional, patient, and pleasant to talk to. And although they had no pizza ready at that time, she and her coworkers did not hesitate to put 2 pizzas in the oven for my 3 hungry kids who were waiting in the car. She is a STAR EMPLOYEE in my eyes!!! Please recognize her for her hard work. I will definitely drive an extra 20 mins just to come to this location because of Victoria!!!!! .“
