Milagrito Market and Bakery

I don’t know what happened to this place but my last two visits have been very concerning especially after coming for years. So my first visit this week was for some pan dulce and for 22 dollars it was all stale. Then my second time this week I walk in for some cheese and tortillas and this is the first thing I see in their refrigerated section and I walked straight out.

Good option for various Hispanic/Latin products that you normally cannot find at your grocery store. They offer specific Central American products as well as various BADIA brand items. Huge variety of herbs and spices to choose from. Love the selection of spices available and in different forms, ground, leaf, powder. Many to choose from if you enjoy cooking.

Items are too expensive sometimes, store is always moving things around. But nice people!

Produce very fresh, but pay close attention to the prices when being charged. The price tags don’t match what you pay for at the register. Cashier did not correct it and blame it on the system.

Very good service, especially the waitress is a sweetheart 💘 I fell in love with her...there is one detail, the atmosphere of the bar, the music is played very loudly and they don't let you share a group conversation because the music is very loud, but the rest, as I mentioned, is very good 👍

Phone doesn't work so I walked in and to the left is a room with racks and Ollie's overstock of kitchen items for sale and to the front is a counter no one is working and an ice cream bin and to the right were a bunch of dudes day drinking and watching soccer looking depressed and nobody was working. No bakery or deli. Restaurant was a bar as described and really loud Spanish music blasting with a pile of Christmas lights. Weird. I left. I was going to call to see if they had chicken tamales. Phone went straight to no name voicemail like a dead cell phone. I left.

I got tamales de gallina... 3 for 6.. Disgusting.. They tasted like soap.. Smell like gone bad.. I trashed half.. Nastiest tamales i never eaten.. Like eating garbage..

I am not Latin but I always eat my food here. The waiters are very polite and understanding. The food is very delicious. It is a really nice place.?✅

I've had multiple shopping trips here where I go home with items that I need and they're either expired or moldy. Went in today and tried to pay for a few things and their card machine wasn't working and the lady behind the counter told me to leave and that I couldn't pay for my items because my card was declined. I've had no issues with this card before and even offered to use another one, but she took the bag of groceries and told me that I had to leave. Absolutely rude and won't be coming back again after this experience.
