This place has gone steadily downhll for a couple of years. They used to be dispensers for hot fudge and caramel. Those disappeared and were replaced by plastic bottles of syrup. One of the yogurt dispenser has been removed, and the space is used to store cups. The last time I was there, two dispensers were empty. Simple things like chopped peanuts are sporadically not available. One young lady is particularly nice and helpful, but, by and large, the staff is not very helpful.

Great Sweet Frog location. Many topping options, everything was kept stocked and clean. They even had 3 different dole whip flavors, which are dairy free. Employees were friendly, and things were moving smoothly even though they were quite busy

I've been coming here for years! Love it! Very clean and tidy. The flavors are good. However, they never carry tart flavor anymore, which is unfortunate. They don't have many fresh fruit toppings or mochi which used to be my favorites! Customer is great, always very friendly!
