Everytime I order a drink they fill the cup with so much ice you barely get any drink and fries are never cook where there not soggy, no customer service you have to ask for sauce or ketchup silverware

Always feel like something is missing, whether it’s the atmosphere the employees kindness, or the speed of service, I never have a good experience at this location. I can tell the crew doesn’t really care.
Most recently, I ordered a meal and my fries were cold, so I requested new fries and got an eye roll from the person at the window. There could definitely be more training for this location.

I always go to this wendys since its right by my house, they always have me in and out of the drive through within a couple minutes and have never messed up my order.Today, I accidentally ordered the wrong thing and came back through to try and order it again since it wasn’t their fault, totally prepared to pay for it since I was the one that messed up. But they remade the sandwich for me and that was something very nice they didn’t have to do.
