Our wedding day cake was perfect, but in our contract we paid for an anniversary cake. It asks for 1-2 weeks notice. We have emailed and called, multiple times these past several weeks, there was no response. And yes, we are aware the phones are turned off. We would appreciate contact, or response to emails.

I ordered a cake for a very special event well over 4 weeks in advanced. I arrived on the date to pickup the cake and was informed that she never made the cake “was busy and got the date wrong”
We worked with Simply Desserts for our wedding cake and they did an AMAZING job! The cake was gorgeous and the team was really helpful. We loved doing the at home tasting and appreciated that Ocean took the time to do a video call with us before we booked!! The team includes a free cake on your one-year anniversary so we didn't even have to worry about boxing it up after the wedding. My only regret is not getting enough cake on wedding day lol guess I'll just have to wait until...read full review
