“The owner & operator was at the counter as we entered and was not only prompt and polite, but also courteous, patient and pleasantly aired. He shared the shops story as they worked through economically challenging times and kept the shop afloat.The shop itself was immaculately together (in both seating and cleanliness) with plenty of variable seating offered. The coffee was perfect to our taste! No food was tasted.Parking: The vehicle was parked at around 11 am on a Monday, with no trouble pulling right in.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of space but may disturb the tranquility of the somewhat religious ambience.Wheelchair accessibility: In the downtown district. Very accessible within including the bathroom.“
“My wife loved her chef salad. The pork bbq sandwich is enough for two. The highlights were the muffins and service! The chocolate muffin and cranberry orange muffins were amazing!!! Awesome atmosphere and we didn’t expect free refills. My sandwich is pictured upside down, sorry.“
“The McDonald's here in Galax, just like our Walmart, are among the busiest on the East Coast. Expect long lines during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. With that said, the Painter family has always been top notch, ensuring our McDonald's has friendly and knowledgeable staff. Keeping the lines flowing quickly and smoothly is a high priority. They also have a very high percentage of correct orders as I rarely have to go back in. Food is always arranged neatly and cooked correctly. Our McDonald's stands above most any I've visited around the country despite the really high customer volume. A++“
