But every single time you get in the drive thru line it takes 15 minutes to get to the window. From what I’ve observed it looks like they’re almost constantly short staffed. Hire more people!“

“Big shout out to the employee working in the drive thru tonight! Not only did she did she say “yea I know” when we asked for ketchup but she also gave us the biggest McEyeroll I’ve ever seen ( didn’t your mama ever warn you about your eyes getting stuck like that?!?). She then ended my McDonalds experience with half a bag of ketchup…for one order of fries. Currently refilling my ketchup bottles at home as we speak. So if y’all are wondering why y’all didn’t get a raise this year, just remember all my ketchup 🤷‍♀️“

“I love this location, but 2x in the last week we purchased frozen drinks. There is definitely something WRONG with their machine. I've gotten the frozen Coke at the other 2 locations in Mt Airy and they were frozen. Exactly like they were supposed to be. This locations frozen drinks are partially icy. Not truly frozen at all. One was last week. One today. As you can see n pictures they were more liquid than frozen.“

“Best McDonalds I’ve been to in the last few years!

No only was the food fresh but it was fast and correct plus the staff was so friendly and tentative. My nephew and I dined in at 1pm on a Saturday so the kitchen was busy but the dining area was still clean, the staff brought out our food quickly and checked on us regularly. That so rarely happens. And I listened to them help someone struggling with the kiosk…they were super nice to him also.

Have to say it elevated the usual “meh” McDonald’s experience. Will totally go out of my way next time I’m in this general director just to make sure I dine at this location.“
