I came in today with a (non-contagious by medical professional) sore throat, so couldn't talk well. The guy there was new (he did great for his first time on line btw) and the guy next to him pointed to the steak. I panicked and said yes cause I was having trouble speaking and later said I didn't want steak and they got me a new bowl. I have been coming for over two years to this chipotle location and for the first time I felt welcome and appreciated as a customer. I really have to give a huge shout out to Ramadan because he made all the difference today. Made me feel extremely special and just a phenomenal customer experience. I hope the managers really give this young man some sort of certificate of appreciation and gratitude. Ramadan, thank you so much for your wonderful spirit, dedication and kindness.
