We walked in to purchase and they said only online orders. That is poor customer service. There are people who don’t order online or don’t know how to. Why is online more important then walk-in? Makes walk-ins feel under appreciated.
Also....they are ALWAYS out of something, cauliflower rice or peppers and onions. It’s SO not worth it because they are so unpredictable.
ME? I went to CAVA in Shortpump where my business is appreciated.
