They were all frosted beautifully with a great presentation. The cake and the frosting on each that I tried were AMAZING. Great texture, crumb and flavor. “I placed my order online with a 5 pm pickup on Saturday . I read the business hours wrong thought they closed at 7. I received a call at 5:15 Saturday reminding me about pickup.. It was Maxamillion yes that’s his name he was courteous, informative and listened.. I told him I was on my way I would arrive until 6:05 he said come on I got you I will be waiting and true to his word he was at the door bag on hand smiling! It meant the world to me and my husband! I would have been happy with the cookie batch coming out as I've been used to over the years from family members. However I soon realized I'm dealing with a professional baker here and the cookies came out better than I ever remember them being. The taste and texture were on a higher level. “We have been going to Donna for our birthday party needs for 3 years and she never fails to astonish us with her talents! Not only does she exceed expectations but the cake is perfect EVERY time! She’s done tiered cakes, smash cakes, sheet cake for us. She meets the brief every time and they taste AMAZING. The cake is always moist and fluffy and delicious. My brother got the gluten free cupcake which was, to our surprise- really moist and delicious!! Maddie's suggestion of the double trouble cupcake REALLY satisfied my chocolate cupcake craving. The chocolate sponge cake was moist, the chocolate buttercream frosting was tasty. Highly recommend coming to Pearl's and grabbing yourself a sweet treat. “I ordered a dozen macarons today, variety, just trying to find myself a macaron bakery close by. So far, three in, they are WONDERFUL! The macaron cookie itself is the perfect chewy, airy texture. The fillings is light and almost melts in your mouth. The flavors have been on point. Not too sweet. I will be ordering again for sure!“
