“Amazing ice cream but that's not why I'm making this review. My wife and I came here at 9:20 not realizing they closed at 9:30 on Tuesdays. I felt genuinely guilty about it but they let us in and served us without a second thought. That kind of work effort and dedication to service is a rare thing in current days and it should be treasured.“

“I recently stopped by Pies and Cakes in Richmond, and it’s a charming little bakery that really impressed me. The shop is small and cozy, but the desserts are packed with flavor. They offer a rotating selection of pies, cakes, cookies, and cupcakes, so there’s usually something new to try each time you visit.
I tried one of their cupcakes, and it was incredibly soft with rich, balanced frosting. Everything tasted fresh and homemade rather than overly sweet. The staff were welcoming and happy to explain the different flavors, which made the experience even better.
Overall, Pies and Cakes is a great little spot in Richmond if you’re craving high-quality baked treats or need a dessert for a special occasion.“

“We got our first cake here for my daughter's first birthday and it was beyond amazing! The cake was beautiful and it tasted so good! Heather is so talented and we will definitely be going here every year! Highly recommend!!“
