“The food at Small Batch Local Kitchen was excellent. I had the Brown Butter Scallop Risotto, which was cooked perfectly and really delicious, and my wife had the Bibb Wedge Salad with Salmon, which had a large, perfectly cooked piece of salmon on top of a fresh, delicious salad. We had the Chocolate Torte for dessert, which was superb. Our server David was very friendly, professional, and attentive. We had a wonderful experience and will likely be going back again in the future.“
“Crabcake was well prepared, mainly lump crab meat, little filler. Cole slaw was much better than average. Peanut soup is not my favorite but was willing to give it a try. Too salty. Shrimp and grits were good along with the andouille sausage. Have been to the Jefferson Hotel before but wanted to go this year to see the Christmas decorations. Recommend it. The Gingerbread House scene was great including the scent of the spices.“
