An associate refused to acknowledge me when I was waiting alone to take my order. As soon as I left and a white couple came behind me he immediately took their order. This was an extremely distressing racist behavior! Very hurtful in this day and age
Ordered Rapid Pickup - it is anything but rapid! Order was ready 30 minutes AFTER the pickup time - and only after asking about it 3 times! Would not do it again!
