I had a good experience overall at this Panera. Service was prompt and efficient, and the dining area was being kept in great shape—everything looked well-maintained.
I did take one star off because the atmosphere felt a bit impersonal. There was no greeting when I walked in, which set a colder tone. Also, the bathroom needed attention; there were paper towels on the floor and it didn’t feel as clean as the rest of the restaurant.

The Panera app made it easy to order before we got there to dine in & our food was ready as we walked in. We ordered the Chicken & Wold rice soup & the tomato soup. Both were delicious. We will be back to earn & spend more rewards.

I just received my delivery order and it is completely wrong. I ordered this for a sick person in the household and the most important thing was wrong. On top of that I have tried to call the restaurant three times and they are not picking up...
