In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

I was in Virginia recently on a work trip and stopped at this Starbucks every morning. Not once did I have a bad experience. The team here is so extremely friendly, and they work together like a well oiled machine. The store is clean, neat and efficient. You couldn’t ask for a better experience. Food was hot and my drink was perfect even though I used the drive thru during peak morning hours, and the staff were very friendly! The lady taking my order sounded very sweet and the lady at the pick up window was just as nice and polite! I know how stressful food service could be so it was nice to see the staff so friendly and the food so good! I will be returning to this location. THANK YOU !

I have been too many Starbucks in my day, but never have I got in the service I received at this particular store. I went to the drive-through on a Saturday morning and the man taking my order was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. He instantly made me smile.
