“I believe this location just recently switched management. Either way I can appreciate their willingness and commitment to their customers with having an enjoyable experience; and their efforts in getting it right which is importantly and all that matters at the end of the day. In a world where so many companies don’t care about their consumers it’s refreshing (like my very berry cranberry smoothie) that this company does.“

“Although this smoothie place gets a lot of hate. I actually enjoy coming here. Sometimes the staff can be unwelcoming. It’s a clean environment and the smoothies are always great. The management doesn’t seem to be the greatest. I’ve been in there once or twice when the general manager was there. One of the times he was ridiculing his employees, saying something about how all the blame is on them. I genuinely felt bad for the employees. The most positive thing about this place is a worker, who I think goes by Maurice or Maria? She is clearly the best worker, she’s quick, polite, and approachable. She definitely carries this restaurant when she’s working. Overall it’s a decent smoothie place“
