“Wow ,absolutely excellent customer service food of quality and such a lovely young lady jasmine knew how to make the smoothies on point and Mais 3 days consecutively. After the gym hit the Cafe on the strip .It'll get you closer to a 6 pack then a 6 pack of beer .“

“Tropical Smoothie is one of my favorite restaurants and I have visited what i believe is all the locations in Fredericksburg, Spotsy, and even one in Stafford. The humus veggie wrap is spectacular and the mango monsoon smoothie never disappoints! the smoothies are a bit pricey however ($7 for their only size plus tax!) The Harrison Crossing location is the best location in my opinion. It is clean, well decorated, and the food is well-made. It definitely holds a spot on my favorite restaurant ranking!“

“I placed an order through Uber Eats app, only part of my order was delivered, and the part that was had been tampered with. The seal over the straw hole was uncovered, etc. Even after providing picture proof to uber, they refused to refund me. I called the manager of this restaurant to see if maybe they could provide me any advice as I’ve not dealt with anything like this before…. And even though this was not his fault or issue, he remade my entire order. This kind of customer service is unheard of anymore! I am extremely grateful for the manager and his staff! Thank you all also much!“

“Ordered a smoothie and acai bowl. it was obvious that they were hard at work trying to make the orders, but only two workers for that kind of demand should be addressed by management. Especially because a lot of doordash and take out happened all at once. Trying to balance those orders with dine-in is difficult, speaking from my personal experience. Much respect to the young workers doing the best they could.“
