“I just wanted to take the time to write a review to give a shout out to the manager Ethan for helping me with a unfortunate situation. Long story short, both my kids have green light cards that have a program to educate about savings and money-wise decisions. Both of them completed the program and got codes for free 12 oz smoothies. Come to find out you cannot use both codes in the same day. Only one code per day can be redeemed in the app which is unfair because of a person has multiple kids, that leaves a kid out of getting a free smoothie. Ethan heard my plea and was helpful enough to discount the smoothie so both kids could be happy. I appreciate managers who go above and beyond and still listen to help make customers happy. If tropical smoothie corporate ceases, maybe revised the rules so multiple codes can be used in the same time. Especially for families with multiple kids“
“I really enjoyed the smoothie that I got here. Most times they're very icy and hard to finish without drinking all the liquid and leaving crushed ice that you have to try to suck up by moving the straw to various different locations. The peanut butter banana crunch flatbread was a different story. There was peanut butter all over the wrapper whichade it very difficult to eat without getting your hands dirty or sticky. There was very little of the honey on it, and the bananas were definitely on the almost blackened stage. I was very disappointed with it from here.“
“Pleasantly surprised by this location. I usually go to Willow Lawn becasue it’s closer to my work but I will be visiting this location from now on. Not only is the food quality just overall better but the ppl working there make it a much more welcoming experience.I wanted the Mango Moonstone smoothie but they were sold out. The lady at the front with glasses was very attentive and recommended another popular smoothie that tasted similar and I was not disappointed. The smoothie was blended perfectly and my burrito came out hot and fast. Will come back.“

“Service has always been very friendly at this location. As always great smoothies, Wraps, Quesadillas, Sandwiches, and salad. My favorite is Detox Island Green, it is not for everyone if you don’t like the greens. They seemed to be super busy, but everyone was calm and focused. Great team work. I didn’t have to wait too long for my order. It definitely helps to order ahead.“
“Tropical Smoothie Friday 1/5/24 5pm Broad & Parham Rd. Location Richmond, Va. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by a very helpful woman. She helped me decide on my smoothie and quesadilla . I explained I probably have been at a Tropical Smoothie 3x in my lifetime. The main reason I don't frequent any Tropical Smoothie is because of the one size smoothie. It's too large for it to be my only choice and I end up throwing away half of it every time. The restaurant is clean and family friendly. Very casual restaurant. I ordered: Island Green Smoothie- it has spinach, kale, mango, pineapple, and banana. - very tasty Santa Fe chicken quesadilla - this has grilled chicken, black beans, onions, queso, cheddar cheese, and smoked cheese. - very good! ** Tropical smoothie please think about having different size smoothie options. I'll come back sometime when I have extra money to waste because I'll throw away half the smoothie. I mean, no complaints on anything else. The food is good the smoothie is good the Customer Service was good.“
“Although I order from them all the time they tend to mess up my order especially if I order it for delivery... the last time I got a completely wrong smoothie and my wrap had bud thick slices of tomato in it and the order stated no tomato. Luckily I sent feedback about it thru the app and I had got quick turn around for reconciliation. Fresh and delicious I even liked the new one called the Hurricane“
“These guys have always been on point with my drink. Every time my drink is made just the way I want it. They are fast and efficient. Once I mistakenly drop my drink in the parking and the employee call me back come back we will make you another without me asking for it. I will keep using you guys. Thank you“
