Today I drove 24 miles round trip to be shorted my biscuit. I bought two combo meals for my wife and sister-in-law and a biscuit for myself. I had no biscuit when I arrived home. I called the store but no one would answer so I guess I will drive another 24 miles round trip to let them know what they did. At $4.27 per gallon for gas and 48 miles driving I have used 1 1/2 gallons of gas and spent $3.28 on a biscuit I will not be eating Hardee’s again. Grand total … my biscuit...read full review
I ordered 8 piece chicken and biscuits. I was looking forward to fresh and hot food. Instead I got chicken that was barely warm and greasy. It tasted like it was cooked in old oil. Biscuit cold. Very disappointing.
Got 2 fish sandwiches this evening, please don't waste your money. Fish was fried unedibly hard. Bun saturated in grease. Had to go back for the 2 orders of fries that weren't included with my two combos only to receive one large order instead of the 2 due me. Maybe next time I'll ease on up the point before I label ALL Hardee's a failure.
