Just got my sub and they only had one employee at this time. Her name was Abby, I frequent the store a bunch and I see her working most days with help but today it was just her. She seemed overwhelmed by the sheer amount of customers but she got through them in efficient fashion. I hope this isn't something that continues to happen because she seems like a genuinely happy person and amazing employee. Abby if you're reading this you rock thanks for carrying the boat.
The utensils and stand where not clean the food area was not wiped off and you could tell probably had not been wiped off in quite a while. There was food sitting all over the place. The tops for the food were not put down on the other food. I am a rewards member and they did not ask if I wanted to use any of my coupons even though I knew I had coupons and after looking at the receipt later, the server took two dollars off without my permission from my coupons. I enjoy going to the Subway at Walmart..
Eddie was very friendly,helpful, & did not Rush me ,as other servers at other locations had in the past....the place was also clean...I plan to do more business there, If things do not change!
